Premier’s standards meet and exceed certification standards set forth by the Federal Government. All of Premiers specimen collection agents have been certified by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA). Initial Screening is done through immunoassay, with all non-negatives laboratory re-confirmed. Each of our collections agents are trained, certified, and insured.

Business

Pre-Employment Screening – Premier will help you setup a program to screen all of your potential employees. Premier will perform its services on-site, with instant positive/negative notification. Do not increase liability by performing these tests yourself.

Department of Transportation Testing – The Department of Transportation (DOT) mandates that all trucking companies must routinely test their drivers for alcohol and drug use. The DOT also states that each driver involved in an accident must be tested after the accident. Premier is here to make these services as easy and cost-effective as possible. Premier’s collection agents are available for routine testing and for emergency testing. Premier’s testing can be done on-site, but Federal regulations require labratory confirmation and Medical Review.

Random Drug Screen Programs – Premier will create, implement, and maintain a random Drug Screening program for your organization. Premier will help reduce the headache of maintaining such a program. Management will be notified of all non-negative and positive results. Premier has numerous drug screening options.

Criminal

Pre-Trial Release – Substance abuse causes concern for Judges and release officers. Help deter substance abuse by requiring substance testing while the defendant awaits trial. Premier’s agents can perform onsite drug and alcohol consumption testing. Premier can also help reduce the risk of violation of release conditions.

Probation/Parole – Premier will help ensure compliance with post-sentencing conditions, and help deter individual substance abuse. Premier‘s dual testing/confirmation method is recognized by courts as a definitive method to verify test results. Premier can also provide specimen adulteration testing. Premier can provide its services on-site, allowing for easy use by the Probation and Parole officers.
